Stall Rental Details
My open air barn has stable pens that are 20ft x 20ft and have a bedding of fine dried manure mixed with washed concrete sand. They are cleaned almost daily. An 8ft x 20ft metal covering provides plenty of shade for boarded horses. The corrals are made of 17/8 galvanized tubing and are 5ft to 6ft in height.
Our water barrels hold 27 gallons and are monitored very closely. Boarders are notified immediately if there is any unusual drop in consumption. Horses boarded at our stables are fed an alfalfa grass mixture. I make every mixture to get a consistent 20/80 mix. It has been my experience that horses that are fed a low alfalfa are calmer and have less colic issues.

Arena Details
The horse arena is approximately 125ft x 125ft. The round pen and arena are unlit and have washed concrete sand for footing.
I put all of my horses in the arena at the same time. My neighbors are amazed that they all get along so well. To me this is natures way, for they are herd animals and feel safer together. When I get a new horse in, I gradually work him into the herd.
If boarders are comfortable with this arrangement, I am happy to put their horses out with mine. There well be an additional fee,if I have to put them out separately.
Bumper Pull Trailer Parking
Parking starts at $50 for a bumper pull trailer.
Rental Fees
Stall rental fee is $400 a month. First and last month are to be paid at time signing.
Location
I am located less then a 1/4 mile to thousands of acres of public land to ride in. While you are here, you are free to pick our brain for anything equine. I frequently ride out into the desert, (300' away), Red Rock, Lee Canyon, etc. I encourage you to join me and enjoy your horse out on the trail!
